Is there an age limit?

All ages are welcome to play/participate in our Escape Rooms, Rage Rooms. However, anyone under the age of 13 is required to have an adult-signed waiver before participation is allowed. For our Axe Throwing v2 lanes, we do have an age limit of 10+ to be able to participate.

Do you offer private rooms?

Yes. Our rage rooms, axe throwing lanes and escape rooms are completely private attractions.

How do I get there?

How early should I arrive before my appointment?

We do not require that you arrive early, but simply arrive at the designated time for your game. This is so your team can be properly briefed for the game, sign waivers and take care of any additional payment details; all of this is calculated into your time slot.

For those who have booked a game Monday - Thursday, it is advised that you not arrive more than 5 minutes early, as we do not deploy staff to open the facility before this time. To save time on arrival, players are more than welcome to sign waivers online here: https://waiver.fr/p-eqowE Proof of signed waiver will be required before entry into the room.

What happens if I arrive late?

Since each room is scheduled to start at a specific time, another group may be coming in after your game ends. For that reason we ask that you please be there when your time slot is scheduled as the timer on your room will begin shortly afterwards (similar to how movie theaters work).
There will be no refunds for no-call, no-show games.

Can I walk-in and play?

It is HIGHLY advised that you don't walk-in, though we do support it if we have the availability to accommodate you at that time. Due to our availability, please book ahead of time to 100% guarantee access to your desired attraction.

It's 5 minutes before closing, can I make it?

Yes! We believe in accurate hour listings, so we don't close our doors until our stated closing time, on the dot. If you're able to make it into any of our locations before the doors close, we will accommodate you.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, all of our attractions that can be booked ahead of time require a deposit to reserve the time. Deposit prices differ between attractions, so please refer to each individual attraction page for more information.

Can I Cancel or Reschedule my reservation?

For the Escape Rooms and Axe Throwing v2, all cancellations or reschedule requests must be received at least 12 hours before your scheduled reservation. We can only allow ONE (1) reschedule per group. If you know you can't make your previously scheduled time, but are unsure of when you'll be able to reschedule, simply request a credit and we'll make a note on your account. Lock City offers guests the chance to become real-life detectives in our one of a kind, hi-tech, escape room experiences. Whether it's your first time playing or if you're an escape room veteran, you can't go wrong with Lock City where we put quality above all else.

As you play our games you will be tasked with completing various missions with only 60 minutes to find the clues, solve puzzles and crack codes in order to win. Think you can do it? Only one thing is for certain... You'll have fun trying!

Rage Rooms

We understand that emotions need to be released and that sometimes talking about it just doesn’t do the job! Ongoing anger, stress, disappointment and sadness can lead to anxiety and depression, so release it all in our smash room! Or, just have fun breaking stuff!

Once you’ve decided on a smash package, we will provide you with a set of items ranging from small glassware and vases, to larger items such as windshields, computer monitors and even a CAR! All of which you can break, smash, slam, shoot or hammer as you see fit.

During your session you can also choose from a number of weapons such as sledge hammers, crowbars, baseball bats, maces, and even rent Legendary Weaponry such as a crossbow, rifles and even movie/TV show weapons as you wreak havoc in a fun and safe environment either by yourself or with friends and family.

Axe Throwing v2

Staying true to our escape room roots, Axe Throwing v2 mixes traditional axe throwing and projector technology with the unique and detailed set building that Lock City is known for. As the game updates with each turn, you'll feel immersed with each throw as the game evolves infront of you.

With over 12 different, interactive game modes to choose from, including popular games such as Tic-Tac-Toe, Battleship, Alien Invaders, Bejeweled, Traditional Axe Throwing Targets and more, you're guaranteed an axe throwing experience like never before in this hi-tech attraction.

Axe Throwing v2 currently has two lanes open, as we construct more throughout the year of 2025. Be one of the first to try out this innovative new take on axe throwing and stay tuned for additional lanes as they open.
